Algebraic Mind Student Hub is operated by Asela Kasthuriarachchi in Sri Lanka. It provides mathematics notes, video lessons, live classes and book information. Contact support@algebraicmind.xyz for help.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your password private. Accounts and paid access are for the registered student’s personal learning. Students under 18 should have a parent or guardian’s permission, including for purchases. Report suspected unauthorised access to support.
Classes, resources and payment
Read the price, schedule, access period and delivery details supplied for each offering before paying. Submitting a resource request on this website does not charge you or automatically grant access. Paid resources are enabled after the teacher confirms the arrangement and payment. Book orders and delivery details are confirmed separately. Access applies to the purchased offering, not every resource on the website.
Use of teaching materials
Use notes, recordings and books for your own study. Do not resell, redistribute, publish or share paid resources, account credentials or private class links without permission. Respect the teacher and other students, and do not disrupt classes or attempt to bypass access controls.
Cancellations and refunds
Duplicate payments: we refund the extra payment. If we cancel a class, you may choose a replacement session or a refund for the cancelled session. If you cancel a course at least 24 hours before its first class begins, you may request a refund of the course fee. Later requests are reviewed individually. Missing a class that was delivered normally does not qualify for a refund; a recording may be provided where available.
Digital resources and printed books
For paid videos or downloadable notes, you may cancel before accessing the material. After access, we review technical problems or incorrect content individually and provide a suitable remedy where appropriate. Printed book orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Damaged or incorrect books qualify for replacement or refund; contact us with order details and, where possible, photographs. These terms do not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email support@algebraicmind.xyz with your registered email address, the class or item, payment date, amount and reason for the request. Include a payment reference where available, but never send passwords or full card details. We will review the request and confirm the outcome, refund method and expected timing. Approved refunds use the original payment method where practical or another method agreed with you.
Availability and learning outcomes
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, connectivity problems or third-party outages may interrupt access. Contact us if a paid resource is unavailable so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Learning progress depends on participation and practice; we do not guarantee particular marks or examination results.
Account restrictions and updates
We may restrict access for account sharing, unauthorised distribution or misuse, and you can contact support to request a review. We will give notice where practical. Material changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately; changes do not retrospectively remove agreed purchase rights. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
